Arunodaya was born from a simple yet powerful belief that no girl should have to give up her dreams because of poverty, rejection, or lack of opportunity. We stand with girls and women who have dropped out of school or could not access quality education, many of whom carry the pain of missed chances and silent struggles. In a nation where women and children form the majority yet remain marginalized, we choose to recognize their strength, resilience, and untapped potential. Through education, English literacy, skill training, health awareness, and confidence-building programs, we provide safe spaces where they can start again replacing fear with courage, dependence with independence, and silence with a strong voice. We know the barriers they face are not only financial but also social and deeply personal, and we are committed to walking alongside them toward dignity, livelihood, and self-worth. At Arunodaya, empowerment is more than a program it is a journey of restoration and transformation. When a woman rises, hope rises with her; when a girl learns, the future is rewritten.

I am Aruna Walter, Director of Arunodaya Charitable Federation.
Every girl, woman, and child who comes to Arunodaya carries a story. Many have faced hardship, broken confidence, and limited opportunities. Yet within each of them lives a powerful hope for a better future.
At Arunodaya, we believe that compassion can transform lives.
Our mission is to bring education, encouragement, and empowerment to those who need it most. We work to uplift girls and women by helping them gain knowledge, rebuild confidence, and develop skills that lead to independence. At the same time, we support children from underprivileged backgrounds, guiding them toward brighter opportunities.
But lasting change cannot happen alone.
